Privacy Policy

We collect the minimum we need to get your order to you and to help you when you write to us. This page explains exactly what that is — and what we never do with it.

What we collect

• Contact and delivery details — your name, email address, phone number and shipping address, entered at checkout or when you contact us.
• Order history — what you bought and when, so we can support you and resolve any issue with a past order.
• Account password — only if you create an account. It is stored solely as a salted hash: scrambled beyond recognition, never readable — not even by us.

Why we collect it

To fulfil and deliver your orders, send you order updates, and provide support when you need it. Nothing else. We don't use your details for unrelated purposes without asking first.

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card, UPI or netbanking details go directly to Razorpay's secure systems — we never see or store them.

Cookies & local storage

• A session cookie keeps you signed in if you have an account. It holds a random token — not your personal details — and you can clear it any time from your browser.
• Your shopping bag is stored in your browser's local storage, on your own device. Clearing your browser data empties it.

We don't run advertising trackers on this site.

Sharing your information

We never sell your data — to anyone, ever. We share it only where it is needed to run the store: with Razorpay to take your payment, and with our courier partners to deliver your parcel.

Keeping or deleting your data

We keep order records only as long as needed to support you and to meet our legal obligations. Want your data deleted? Contact us and we will remove your personal details, keeping only the records Indian law requires us to retain.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of India.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
