About our jewellery

Pink Spinel Jewellery sells imitation (non-precious) jewellery. Our pieces are not made of gold, silver or real gemstones. Depending on the design, they use gold-, silver-, rose-gold-, antique- or oxidised-tone finishes with cubic zirconia, glass, crystal, enamel, mother of pearl, pearls and imitation kundan or polki-style stones. Each product page describes its own finish and details.

Colours & photography

We photograph every piece as carefully as we can, but colours may vary slightly from the photos — lighting and screen settings play their part. We consider this normal variation, not a defect.

Pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. The total shown at checkout is the amount you pay — shipping is free during our launch offer.

Orders & acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy; it becomes an order we accept once your payment succeeds and we confirm it by WhatsApp or email. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if a piece is out of stock or a price was clearly displayed in error — and refund you in full if we do.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Your order moves to packing and dispatch once payment is confirmed.

Governing law & jurisdiction
